The room was a spacious delight with a decent fridge to keep my snacks cool . The check-in process was smooth, and the area provided a safe environment for me and my belongings. Staff like Candice were wonderful, always ready to assist with a smile.

Exceptionally nice and stunning location with free parking available not far from Close to restaurants, Close to stores, and Garden. Also, easy to get to an outdoor mini-golf course. Good choice of goodies for breakfast.

Rooms feature a solid layout with plenty of space, catering well to solo travelers. The Premium Quadruple Room provides a decent setup for families or groups with its multiple beds.

Reservation issues arise, including cancellations and unexpected deposit hikes, which feel more like a disorganized operation. Smoke from guests lingers in common areas, especially near the stairs. Some units have maintenance concerns such as broken locks and malfunctioning heating/air conditioning systems.

The check-in was smooth, nice, but when I got to my room, the TV didn't work at all and my microwave was broken too. I expected an upgrade or at least a complimentary snack for that inconvenience! Honestly, after this mess, a five-star review was almost in the cards, but not quite. So disappointing!

A great spot for our group vacation! We enjoyed outlet shopping and hiking nearby. The rooms were comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore. Check-in was smooth, and having access to local attractions was a big plus.

We did run into some issues with the Wi-Fi, which kicked us off a few times .

Can't recommend highly enough for overnight stay

Spacious room, comfortable amenities, with a large refrigerator. The free Wi-Fi kept us connected while being just 19 km from the nearest airport for easy travel access.

Parking was a bit tight, but manageable.

Our family of 20 had a blast exploring local outlet shopping and enjoyed the spacious rooms with a large refrigerator. The service was excellent, especially from Stashia, were great to ensure our needs were met during our week-long stay!

For dads, it would be great to have earlier check-outs.

I stayed in the Beautiful King Room for 3 nights. It was spacious and super comfy! The heater worked great, and because we were in a corner unit, it was nice and quiet. The big fridge was a huge plus too! Parking was tight, but we managed to park close. Really enjoyed the whole vibe here-it felt way better than my last place.

We had a pleasant time at this deluxe property and appreciated the brand-new rooms. the people were very helpful and welcoming. the hotel has an exceptionally nice and amazing setting in a decent area, and we would love to come back here sometime.
